What is the standard shipping time for heavy parts?
Most in-stock items are processed within 24 hours. Standard freight shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and the size of the components.
Do you offer bulk discounts for fleet owners?
Yes, we offer specialized pricing tiers for fleet managers and commercial accounts. Please contact our sales team with your tax ID and estimated monthly volume for a custom quote.
What is your return policy for installed components?
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on parts that have already been installed or modified. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Are your aftermarket parts covered by a warranty?
Absolutely. All of our aftermarket truck parts come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
How can I track my oversized freight shipment?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a Bill of Lading (BOL) number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Do you provide international shipping for truck exports?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. For other international destinations, we can deliver to your preferred freight forwarder located within the US.
